Light flickering before a candle finally dies a lonely silent death in the darkest void,

a last faint breath stirs the unseen stars above a cloudless veil.

A universe dissolves in a trembling vortex leaving nothing behind

but a memory of a dream so faint it defies a time before or yet to be.

The seeds of life scattered in the cosmic dust of what was,

what is to be, what never existed and all that the future holds.
