Many things feel messy, inside and out. Iām grateful for a few moments of presence and stillness while reading this. Your voice has a very special way of connecting with my heart when I need it most š¤
Mariah, thank you for this lovely writing and invitation and inclusion in your gratitudes, Iām really touched. Grateful to have connected with such kindred spirits like yourself here šššš
I feel like as I mature INTO my Wholeness, my life is a consistent weaving of messy and harmony. So much beauty in the core truths of the life I have given deep devotion to cultivating AND a continuous reminder of the imperfect motion of adaptation that feels ripe and real in my current of Human-ness. I fully FEEl what you are sharing, about the beauty of being honest in who we are and showing up with that honesty to restore the reality that we are all cycling with life. :-) I love your poem, memories of imprinted love living on through the essence of a flower. Beautiful.
The ebb and flow! I am practicing expecting this natural rythymic cycle and not judging or shaming myself when my energy is low or I need to treat myself with more care. So glad to have found others on this path of honoring our bodies in harmony with nature. Thanks for being here!
I've always loved the metaphor of a well. I admire your authenticity, openness, and willingness to share it with all of us! And I just love the photo of you at the end. Hoping this week provides some restorative energy :)

Oh, love. I am so grateful for your friendship and our heart kinship. What a wonderful synchronicity that our paths crossed so long ago.

Me, too! Glad to find fellow soul-sourjerners along the journey.
