I agree with you 💯. Saturation is real, especially today—staying sane and aligned is a daily challenge. It’s not always just about building a business; we often burn out initially, pushing through that door, until we finally shift to serving and truly start building.
I will share this conversation in my newsletter; more creatives need to hear it!
Thank you both for this powerful and nurturing interview. It was a relief to hear you speak about the transformation from a "selfish start" to a journey of serving others. Surrendering can be painful, but those old beliefs need to be released. It resonated deeply!
I am aligning with that understanding of the universe and its surprise plan, so thank you for these needed conversation!
I’m so glad, Keva! I think we get so many mixed messages, even on Substack for how to prioritize building a business (which is important!) but I think it’s even more important to be in service to the art and keep a higher perspective/mission which Dio articulated so well.
Thank you! I think ultimately we find sustainability in our creativity by tapping into a higher calling, purpose, or guidance. It opens up different resources, takes the little i (I, me, myself) into the bigger picture of the I connected to all that is, a higher level of consciousness if you will. Creating from THAT place feels inspired and abundant. ✨💗
