I feel powerless when I think too much. Feel powerful when I act in surrender ❤️

Had a lot of fun reading through this article. 🌼

I definitely resonate with the fear of powerlessness. I was also pondering on "The ability to set realistic goals" so I looked up the definitions and found three:

1. characterized by faithfulness of representation

2. having or showing a sensible and practical idea of what can be achieved or expected.

3. representing things in a way that is accurate and true to life.

what I found interesting was the word realistic seems to point mainly to 'what is possible in accordance with ourselves and life' and I thought of how you spoke about how spirituality is what helps us to be resilient, move through the more challenging times with greater ease.

I also thought how for me personally, it has allowed me to expand my idea of what I define as 'realistic', I now take into consideration what I can't see as much as what I can see, I'm able to set goals and intentions that take what could be possible into consideration, opening more to different ideas, rather than shutting them out because I can't see how they could be possible or have no tangible evidence. Thanks for inviting me into this fun reflection and thought experiment Mariah 🌼
